IT ONECAST
IT-Onecast is the only machine in the world capable of producing Good Delivery bars of the highest quality starting directly from refined metal.
The inspiration to realize this machine came from some of our customers who expressed their desire to skip the melting of precious metals grains and obtain the bar directly from crystals.
IT-Onecast is a system for the production of top quality Good Delivery bars in a single production cycle.
Resulting from the ingenious combination of two established and efficient technologies, IT-Onecast allows metal to be melted in its different forms (powder or crystals) and poured directly into the ingot mold.

HOW DOES IT ONECAST MACHINE WORK?

Metal loading and melting: the refined metal is loaded into the induction melting furnace, which can process different material forms, such as granules, crystals, powders, bar or sheet scraps. The integrated extraction system captures fumes directly above the crucible.

Start of the automatic casting cycle: once melting is complete, the operator starts the automatic cycle. The molten metal is poured into the ingot mold inside the tunnel furnace, with dosing controlled by a load cell.

Target weight achievement: when the ingot mold reaches the set weight, the furnace returns to standby position and the protection door closes to maintain the inert atmosphere.

Metal homogenization: the ingot mold is transferred to the homogenization chamber, heated by an independent coil, to stabilize the metal temperature before solidification.

Controlled solidification: the ingot mold is positioned on the solidification plate. An induction-heated graphite cover and an optical pyrometer allow precise control of this phase.

Cooling and automatic extraction: the solidified bar is transferred into the cooling tunnel in a controlled atmosphere. At the exit, a Cartesian robot automatically removes the bar from the ingot mold and places it onto a cooled roller table.
