T-Compact Loader™ is an automated system designed for loading precious metal grains into the hoppers of the T-Dosing™ machine.
Its ability to efficiently manage separated production batches, the robustness of thestructure, and the reliability of the chain transmission mechanism make it an ideal tool for the precious metals industry. The inclusion of ergonomic and advanced safety features, such as laser barriers and removablecarriage containers, prioritize efficiency, operator well-being, and process safety.

TECHNOLOGY
HOW DOES T-COMPACT LOADER™ MACHINE WORK?

The operator uses a special trolley to transport the grain containers to the machine.

He then picks up the containers and places them in the designated compartments, separated by metal type and grain thickness. The operation is simplified by the guides that allow the containers to slide.

Once the door is closed, the operator starts the process via the HMI panel.

At this point the chain transmission mechanism is activated, which allows the platform with the containers to be raised to the height of the T-Dosing's loading hoppers.

The platform rotates and empties the grains into the hoppers, and then returns to its initial position.
