The “Spaceless” concept is geared towards maximum optimisation of our tunnel furnace. Less space occupied, less consumption, optimum performance. To achieve this, we decided to eliminate spacers and rethink the entire design of our T-Barmaster.
With the "Spaceless" furnace, we have successfully reduced our ecological footprint by minimizing raw material usage and optimizing the balance between energy consumption and production. This results in significant advantages across the board!

T-BARMASTER 400 SPACELESS
Different ingot formats but same efficiency
T-Barmaster 400 Spaceless incorporates all the technology of the smaller T-Barmaster One Spaceless: elimination of graphite spacers, maximum reduction of footprint, and minimized energy impact. However, it integrates greater power to manage a wider production range, from 1 oz formats up to 400 oz Good Delivery bars. Compact, silent, and high-performing, it ensures process continuity, metallurgical quality of the ingot, and optimized consumption, offering the ideal solution for those seeking to increase production capacity without compromising the sustainability and efficiency of the system.

T-BARMASTER 1000 SPACELESS
T-Barmaster Spaceless Good Delivery is an integrated system that allows grain to be transformed into Good Delivery bars in a fully automated process.
The grain is conveyed, dosed and poured into the molds, and then melted and transformed into an ingot.
It meets the most critical requirements for precious metals refineries, notably high productivity and small footprint, as well as considerable savings on consumables due to the absence of graphite spacers.
