T-SATIN BRITE
Semi-automatic machine for satin finishing silver ingots
T-Satin Brite™ is the solution designed by Tera Automation to obtain a uniform matte finish on silver ingots, with consistent quality on every surface, from small bars up to Good Delivery bars.
Two parallel loading slides allow ingots to be loaded and processed simultaneously, significantly increasing productivity without compromising precision. The heart of the machine is the Satin-Brite™ abrasive disc system, which ensures a homogeneous finish across the entire surface.
Z-axis adjustment positions the ingots precisely under the satin-finishing brushes, while the motor inverter allows the speed to be adapted to the specific characteristics of each bar.
The integrated suction ports allow connection to the extraction cabinet (available as an accessory) for a clean working environment and for the recovery of the precious material removed during processing.
T-SATIN BRITE™ CONSISTS OF:
- Two loading slides for simultaneous ingot loading and processing.
- Satin-Brite™ abrasive discs for a uniform matte finish across the entire ingot surface.
- Z-axis adjustment for precise ingot positioning under the satin-finishing brushes.
- 4 kW motor with inverter for speed control according to the characteristics of the bar.
- Protective covers with double suction port for each disc and transparent Lexan panel in the working area.
- Suction ports connectable to the optional extraction cabinet for precious metal recovery.
ADVANTAGES
THE ADVANTAGES OF A PRECISE AND REPEATABLE FINISH:
01
Uniformity
The combination of Satin-Brite™ abrasive discs and Z-axis adjustment ensures a homogeneous matte finish on every ingot surface.
02
Productivity
The double-slide system allows ingots to be loaded and processed in parallel, reducing idle time.
03
Versatility
The machine processes ingots of different sizes, from small bars up to silver Good Delivery bars.
04
Precious material recovery
The suction ports, connected to the optional cabinet, allow the collection of metal particles removed during satin finishing.

TECHNOLOGY
HOW DOES T-SATIN BRITE™ WORK?
01
The ingot is positioned on the template on the loading slide.
02
The slide brings the ingot into the correct position under the satin-finishing brushes, with precise Z-axis positioning.
03
The Satin-Brite abrasive discs process the ingot surface at an inverter-controlled speed, ensuring a uniform matte finish.
04
The removed particles are extracted through the dedicated suction ports toward the extraction cabinet, keeping the area clean and recovering the precious material.
05
While one ingot is being processed, the second slide allows the next piece to be loaded, reducing machine downtime.
06
Possibility to automate ingot handling with a SCARA robot.
