The Tera Automation's staff is made of technicians, engineers and sales managers; they are always at the clients' disposal to provide technical details, explanations and any type of useful information.

As a matter of fact, we think that communicating with our clients is paramount to solve any problem. It is also worth reminding that we also manufacture every piece of our machines ourselves, which is a priceless skill. Finally, a high-quality after-sales service is only efficient if it can find solutions in a timely manner, in order to help clients prevent costly production interruptions, any time and anywhere they might be.

  • After having purchased a product, Tera Automation will offer you the following after-sales service options: Remote assistance via the T-Router device;
  • After-Sales - after-sales assistance providing the client with the help of our expert and specialized staff with adequate technical expertise;
  • Maintenance contracts - customized packages including regular visits for full machine inspections and replacement of damaged parts or parts at risk, if needed.

SPARE PARTS AND CONSUMABLES

Experience has taught us that keeping a stock of consumables and spare parts is absolutely essential to guarantee production continuity and carry out simple maintenance tasks in an effective and timely manner. 

We at Tera Automation have our own fully-equipped CNC workshop, where we manufacture the pieces necessary to build machines, as well as their spare parts. We have recently launched a new separate division which can supply special milled and lathed components very quickly.  

That's why our warehouse is always fully stocked with spare parts which can be quickly sent to clients, wherever they might be in the world, in order to minimize production interruptions.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Our T-Router allows us to monitor machines and intervene remotely in real time, if needed; it is an unmatched tool in the field of assistance and maintenance services.

Thanks to our T-Router, we can provide our clients with a remote assistance, wherever our machine might be in the world, as well as software updates and we can carry out control diagnostic operations.

Hence our new remote support package T-e.a.m (Tera Everywhere Assistance Module): a complete and reliable after-sales support solution that you will not want to give up.

AUGMENTED REALITY AND “SEE-WHAT-I-SEE” TECHNOLOGIES

Among the after-sales services offered by Tera that of remote assistance with Augmented Reality is of particular importance.

We use technology to bridge the distance with our customers and in turn reduce intervention and problem-solving times. After purchasing this service, you simply need to install an app on your cell phone or tablet.

You can contact our technicians with the app and start a remotely guided service. Using the camera of your device, our technician will be able to see exactly what the customer is looking at ("See-what-I-see" technology) and show him where to intervene in real time.

Smart glasses are an interesting alternative to the above-mentioned devices. In addition to all the features described before, they are equipped with voice commands and therefore allow to work in hands free mode: since the customer does not have to hold any device in his hand, he can use the necessary tools for the operation.
