Our “Tera Service” Customer Care division provides the following services:

  • Remote assistance via the T-Router device;
  • After Sales - After sales service that allows the customer to benefit from an adequate level of technical expertise provided by experienced and specialized personnel;
  • Maintenance Contracts – Customized packages that include periodic visits aimed at a complete check-up of the machines and any replacements of damaged or at-risk parts;
  • Assistance interventions on call - emergency service active 24/7.
In addition, our customers can rely on a well-stocked warehouse of spare parts and consumables, as well as on fast shipping.

Our Customer Service division is able to provide support of any kind at any time, thanks also to our T-Router, which allows us to monitor the machines and possibly intervene remotely in real time.

We are also aware that consumables and spare parts are an absolute necessity to ensure continuity of production and to perform simple maintenance tasks in an effective and timely manner.

For this reason, our warehouse is always well supplied with them and we can quickly send them to the customer, in order to minimize production downtimes.
